July 2026 Product Updates

Multi-Language Support for "Other Locations" in Sessions & Events ( EP-54081 )

  • What: Added translation and multi-language support for predefined "Other locations" values used in Sessions and Events.

  • Why: These predefined location labels were hardcoded in a single language, breaking the experience for non-English events.

  • How it's helpful: Attendees at multilingual events now see location labels in their preferred language, ensuring a consistent localized experience.

New Sponsor Account Interactions Report ( EP-54784 )

  • What: Built a new SponsorAccountsInteractionsReport delivering paginated sponsor interaction rows from sponsor_statistics.

  • Why: Organizers and sponsors had no structured, paginated report to analyze how accounts were interacting with sponsor content.

  • How it's helpful: Sponsors and organizers can now access detailed, paginated interaction data to measure sponsorship ROI and engagement quality.

Superadmin Can Toggle ExpoPlatform Branding in Website Footer ( EP-54112 )

  • What: Added a toggle in the Superadmin panel to show or hide ExpoPlatform branding in the website footer.

  • Why: White-label clients needed the ability to remove platform branding from their event websites without custom development.

  • How it's helpful: Superadmins can now control footer branding independently per event, supporting white-label and co-branded deployments.

Remove "newfront" from URLs ( EP-53398 )

  • What: Removed the legacy /newfront segment from platform URLs across the frontend.

  • Why: The /newfront path was a legacy artifact from a previous frontend migration that remained in production URLs, creating confusion and technical debt.

  • How it's helpful: URLs are now cleaner, more professional, and free of legacy routing artifacts — improving SEO, shareability, and user trust.

Add Sessions Calendar-View Endpoint (Day / Week) ( EP-54343 )

  • What: Added a new API endpoint supporting day and week calendar views for sessions.

  • Why: The existing sessions API only supported list-based retrieval; calendar-style views required a dedicated endpoint.

  • How it's helpful: Frontend and third-party systems can now build day/week calendar views for sessions using a purpose-built, efficient endpoint.

Search Functionality on Transaction Dashboard & Invoice Payments Pages ( EP-54690 )

  • What: Added search functionality to the Transaction Dashboard and Invoice Payments pages.

  • Why: Organizers managing large volumes of transactions had no way to quickly find specific records without scrolling through long lists.

  • How it's helpful: Organizers can now instantly search for specific transactions or invoices, dramatically reducing time spent on financial administration.

Ability to Edit Tracking Links ( EP-54929 )

  • What: Added the ability for users to edit existing tracking links in the Marketing module.

  • Why: Once created, tracking links could not be modified — any change required deleting and recreating the link, losing historical data.

  • How it's helpful: Marketers can now update tracking links without losing continuity, saving time and preserving campaign attribution data.

Whitelist Trusted Embed Domains for Authenticated Iframe Content ( EP-55082 )

  • What: Implemented a domain whitelist for trusted sources allowed to embed authenticated iframe content within the platform.

  • Why: Without domain restrictions, authenticated iframes could be embedded from untrusted sources, creating a security vulnerability.

  • How it's helpful: Platform security is strengthened by ensuring only explicitly approved domains can serve authenticated embedded content.

Include Exhibitor Events in Calendar View ( EP-54324 )

  • What: Added Exhibitor Events to the attendee Calendar View alongside sessions and other scheduled content.

  • Why: Exhibitor Events were only visible in list views, making them easy to miss for attendees planning their schedule via the calendar.

  • How it's helpful: Attendees get a complete picture of all event activities — including exhibitor-hosted events — in their calendar, improving schedule planning.
