Prioritize Exhibitor Search Result Matches by Name (Mobile App)
What:
Exhibitor search results now prioritize exact and partial name matches above description matches.
How it works:
When searching for exhibitors in the mobile app, results are ordered as follows:
-
Exact name matches
-
Partial name matches
-
Description matches
Within each group, results are sorted alphabetically.
Why this is helpful:
Users can find the most relevant exhibitors faster, reducing frustration and unnecessary scrolling.
Autosave on Lead Capture Form (Mobile App)
What:
Lead capture forms now autosave when you leave the screen.
How it works:
When an exhibitor scans a badge and opens the lead form, any entered data is automatically saved if the user navigates away (back button, swipe, or app exit). If offline, data is saved locally and synced when reconnected.
Why this is helpful:
Prevents accidental data loss and ensures all lead information is captured, even if the user forgets to save manually.
Messenger: Conversation Status Filters
What:
New filters for conversation status in Messenger.
How it works:

Deeplinks for Sessions
What:
Sessions and Exhibitor Events now have deeplink URLs.
How it works:
A read-only URL field is added to session/event forms and exports. If deeplinks are enabled, the field includes both web and app deeplink URLs. Opening a deeplink opens the session in the app (if installed) or browser (if not).
Why this is helpful:
Organizers can easily promote specific sessions/events, and users can access them directly, improving engagement and navigation.
Bi-directional Sync Between Favorites and Floorplan Bookmarks (Mobile App)
What:
Favorites and floorplan bookmarks are now synced in both directions.
How it works:
Favoriting an exhibitor adds their stand to bookmarks; bookmarking a stand adds all linked exhibitors to favorites. Sync occurs on login and during regular app syncs.
Why this is helpful:
Ensures a consistent experience between exhibitor lists and floorplan, reducing duplicated effort and confusion.
Expand Search to Include Descriptions (Mobile App)
What:
Search now includes both titles and descriptions for all entities.
How it works:
When searching, results are matched against both the title and description fields, with phrase and case-insensitive matching.
Why this is helpful:
Users can discover more relevant content, even if keywords only appear in descriptions.
Logic for Scan Badges Page – Lead Capture Pro (Mobile App)
What:
Improved access logic for the Scan Badge page based on Lead Capture Pro (LCP) status.
How it works:
-
If LCP is ON and not purchased, exhibitors are redirected to the purchase page.
-
If LCP is purchased, access is granted immediately.
-
Non-exhibitors see the page if visible in App Builder.
-
App Builder visibility always takes precedence.
Why this is helpful:
Reduces user confusion, streamlines the upgrade path, and increases LCP revenue capture.
