The default configuration supports multiple standard reminder times (10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes before the start), with flexibility to modify these values as needed.
Meeting Button Display Logic

Updated functionality automatically hides the "Meet" button on exhibitor profiles when none of the associated team members are available for meetings.
The system now performs several checks (including permissions, networking availability, and booking limits) to determine if the meeting button should be shown, thereby reducing user confusion and ensuring a seamless meeting request process.
