Autosave on Lead Capture Form

Feature Purpose

Lead capture forms in the mobile app autosave when the exhibitor navigates away from the screen, preventing accidental loss of lead data.

How it works

When an exhibitor scans a badge and opens the lead capture form, any data entered into the form is automatically saved if the user navigates away — whether by pressing the back button, swiping away, or exiting the app.

If the device is offline at the time, the data is saved locally and synced with the server as soon as the device reconnects.

Why it's helpful

Exhibitors no longer need to remember to manually save a lead form before navigating away. This prevents accidental data loss and ensures that all lead information captured during scanning is preserved, even in busy onsite environments with unreliable connectivity.
