Pricing options

Base package covers all team members. Add-ons (custom questions, product QR codes) sold separately at organiser-set prices.

Choose Per Exhibitor (one price covers whole team) or Per Team Member (price × each member selected).

Selling per user / per seat

✕ Not natively per-user — base package grants access to all team members as a bundle. Individual toggles can be managed in admin after purchase.

✓ Yes — select "Per Team Member" and exhibitors check only the specific people they want. Each selected member adds to the total cost.

Enabling only 1–2 specific team members

Workaround only: organiser manually toggles access per team member in Admin Panel → Exhibitor Profile → Team Members tab after purchase.

✓ Native: exhibitor checks only the members they are paying for at point of purchase. Unchecked members get no access.

How exhibitors purchase

Directly from their exhibitor profile page (dedicated Lead Capture Pro URL). Add to basket → pay online.

Through the Exhibitor Manual section; organiser controls when this is visible.

Receipts & invoices

Stripe receipt auto-sent to purchaser's email. Invoice auto-generated (ExpoPlatform branding; no organiser logo).

Handled by organiser's own invoicing/payment setup.

Badge scanning access

Scan button enabled automatically in the mobile app upon purchase.

Access granted based on toggle set in admin panel or via manual purchase in the exhibitor manual.

Add-on options

Custom lead capture questions and product QR codes available as purchasable add-ons — bundled into a single exhibitor purchase flow.

Toggling access per individual

✓ Admin can enable/disable lead capture per team member under Exhibitor Profile → Team Members.

Custom lead capture questions

Paid add-on, purchased by the exhibitor on top of the base package. Once purchased, custom questions appear automatically in the exhibitor's profile info menu. Organiser sets the price.

Enabled globally by the organiser via Module Management, then configured under Registration Settings → Exhibitors → Custom Lead Questions. Not a separate purchasable item — the organiser controls access.

Product QR codes

Paid add-on, purchased alongside the base package. Once purchased, the product QR code option appears in the exhibitor's profile info menu. Exhibitors can download QR codes for their content from the Content tab.

Enabled by the organiser in Event Setup → General → Settings → QR Codes, independently of the lead capture purchase flow. Not sold as a separate item through the Exhibitor Manual.

Bundling add-ons for exhibitors

✓ Exhibitors can purchase lead capture, custom questions, and product QR codes together in a single checkout flow — a cleaner upsell experience.

✕ No bundling. Each feature is enabled separately by the organiser. Exhibitors cannot purchase add-ons themselves through this route.

What counts as a lead

The same settings apply to both routes. Badge scanning counts as a lead by default. Organisers can additionally enable: profile views, meetings, favourited profiles/products/sessions, on-demand session views, content downloads, QR code scans, and booked exhibitor events. Configured under Networking & Matchmaking → Contact Sharing.
