Deactivate Profile

The Deactivate option allows organizers to make a participant profile inactive across all associated events. Once a profile is deactivated, the participant’s information remains in the database but is excluded from active participation or visibility across event platforms.
Delete Profile

For complete removal of participant data, the Delete option provides a secure way to erase all profile information from the global database. Selecting this option triggers a confirmation modal to ensure intentional deletion:

Confirmation Message: "You are about to delete this participant account and all associated data from the global database. This cannot be reversed. Are you sure you want to continue?"

This confirmation step prevents accidental deletions and ensures data integrity, as the deletion process is permanent and irreversible.

Export Profile Data

The Export feature enables organizers to download participant information in an Excel file format (.xls). The exported file includes essential participant data fields, providing a comprehensive overview of each profile for easy reference or record-keeping. The following details are included in the export:
