Overview
The Organiser Client’s import feature allows admins to easily import data for Participant, Exhibitors, Products, Exhibitor Manual, Sessions, and News. Downloadable templates are provided and the date of the last import is visible for easy reference.
Import can also be used to update existing data.
The Organiser Client’s export feature allows admins to easily retrieve and organize essential event data, including participant and category information, through the database’s admin panel. Using dedicated tabs, admins can export detailed files.
Exporting Participant Data
Admins can generate individual export files containing comprehensive information for each participant. These files provide a full profile for each attendee, including contact details, company information, and location data, enabling organizers to efficiently analyze and manage participant information.
Exporting Category Data
Category exports provide a structured overview of event categories, organized with hierarchical and multilingual support. This file includes each category’s identifiers, relationships, and translations in multiple languages, making it simple to manage category data for events across diverse regions and audiences.
