To configure the session on the Admin Panel, Navigate to Management → Sessions.
To add a new session click on the Add New Session icon. After clicking this icon a new window will appear where you can add all the details like Tags, Tracks, and Types and select the session type as On-Demand.
Paste the embed code (only iframe) for the player that you wish to use.
You can also click Custom text if you want to add a custom message on the welcome screen.
Once you’ve finished setting the session up, be sure to make it active and then save your changes. After that participants will be able to watch anytime they wish, within the from and to dates that you’ve added above.
Once the To date has passed, the session will no longer be visible on the frontend on-demand page.
Please note: Speaker(s) and Moderators do not have any unique rights for on-demand sessions
