Attend a Stand — App Listing via Webview

Overview

The Attend a Stand list is now available in the mobile app via a webview. Participants can see the list of exhibitors they have flagged as planning to visit, and exhibitors can see the list of participants who have signalled an intention to visit their stand, without leaving the app.

Why this approach

  • The webview reuses the existing web Attend a Stand experience, so the same filters, sorting and actions are available in the app without waiting for a separate native build.

  • Updates made on the web — for example, a participant adding or removing an exhibitor from their list — are reflected in the app immediately.

  • Organisers benefit from a single, consistent feature across web and app.

What participants see

  • Open the mobile app and go to the Attend a Stand entry (added to the app menu or accessed from the relevant profile section).

  • The app opens the Attend a Stand list inside a webview, signed in as the current user.

Participants can:

  • See the list of exhibitors they intend to visit, with the planned day/time where set.

  • Add a new exhibitor to the list from the exhibitor profile.

  • Remove an exhibitor from the list or update the planned time.

What exhibitors see

Exhibitors and their team members see the list of participants who intend to attend their stand, with planned day/time where the participant has set it.

  • The list supports the same search and sort as the web view.

  • "Attend a Stand" is a one-directional action — it does not require the exhibitor to confirm and does not create a meeting.
