Accessing the Password Reset Template

To modify the password reset email template:

Navigate to Admin Panel → Accounts → Reset Password Email Template.
This will open the template builder, where you can design and configure the email that will be sent to admins who need to reset their passwords.

Overview of the Template Builder

The template builder is designed with a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. Here are some key elements:

Subject and Sender Information: At the top of the page, you can customize the subject line, “From Name,” and “From Email” fields. These details determine how the email will appear in the recipient's inbox.
Content Blocks: On the left side, there is a selection of content blocks, including image placeholders, text sections, and buttons, which can be dragged into the email template to add structure and visuals.
Editable Content Area: The main part of the screen shows a preview of the email. You can click into different sections to edit text, insert images, and adjust formatting.
Mobile and Desktop Preview: The preview toggle at the top allows you to view how the email will look on both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring responsive design.

Key Variables Available

The template supports several dynamic variables to personalize the email for each recipient. These variables include:

First Name ({NAME}): Inserts the first name of the admin receiving the email, personalizing the greeting.
Last Name ({LAST_NAME}): Adds the last name of the admin for a more formal address if needed.
Reset Password Link ({RESET_LINK}): Provides a unique link for the admin to reset their password securely.
Log-in URL ({LOGIN}): Adds a direct link to the login page, guiding the admin back to the platform after resetting their password.
Password ({PASSWORD}): Can be used to display a temporary password if required, though this is typically used in secure systems where password reset follows specific protocols.

Customizing the Template

To modify the password reset email, simply drag the necessary content blocks from the left sidebar into the editable area and input the appropriate text. The variables listed above can be inserted into the email body to ensure each email is personalized and provides all essential information for resetting the password.

Once the template is ready, click Save to apply the changes. You can also test the template by sending a sample email to verify formatting and content before deploying it.
