Lead Capture Access Management

The Lead Capture feature can be either free or paid, depending on the event setup, and it can be extended to exhibitors' team members under specific configurations. More details on the paid options are available in the Lead Capture Section documentation.

Access Levels and Purchase Options for Lead Capture

When Lead Capture is a paid feature, exhibitors can purchase it for themselves, with the option to extend it to their team members:

  • Individual Team Members: The feature can be enabled or disabled on a personal level for each team member.

  • Entire Exhibitor Team: Organizers can enable the feature for all team members at once via the Exhibitor Manual settings ("Per Exhibitor" option in exhibitor manual).

Lead Capture Pro — features granted via Category or Profile settings appear as "Purchased"

When an Exhibitor or their team member opens the Lead Capture Pro purchase page, any LCP features that have already been enabled via Exhibitor Category or Exhibitor Profile settings are now shown as "Purchased" — with the checkbox disabled — so the Exhibitor cannot accidentally pay for features that are already active for them.

  • Lead Capture

  • Custom Questions (Lead Questions)

  • Product QR Codes

Feature is ON in Exhibitor Category or Exhibitor Profile settings

Item shown as "Purchased" — checkbox disabled, cannot be added to cart

Feature is OFF in both Category and Profile settings

Item available for purchase as normal

This behaviour applies to both the Exhibitor owner and their team members viewing the purchase page.

Managing Access to Lead Capture for Team Members

Organizers can control individual access to the Lead Capture feature through the Admin Panel. Within the Exhibitor Profile under the Team Members tab, admins can toggle lead capture access for specific team members, allowing only selected individuals to use this functionality.

Lead Scanning and Data Capture

When a lead is scanned, exhibitors can use the Lead Capture Page to record essential information, classify the lead, assign ratings, and add personalized notes for future reference. Additional details on the functionality are available in the Lead Capture Page documentation.
