Exhibitor Lead Download

Exhibitors can download their leads via the web or mobile app.

To enable this feature, make sure that the "Download Leads" toggle is turned ON in the Module Management section under "Exhibitors."

Additionally, this option must be activated either under the specific exhibitor category or within the exhibitor’s profile.

Once enabled, exhibitors can access Profile Info → Download Leads in their profile, which will generate an Excel (.xlsx) file of their leads, including those captured by their team members, and send it directly to their email.

For downloading scans from the mobile app, exhibitors simply need to navigate to the Scans page and press the corresponding download button. This will automatically send their scanned leads to their email.

Please note - if scanning is being used without lead capture, then the Download button would not be avialable.

Organizer Lead Download

Organizers have the ability to download exhibitor leads directly from the admin panel.

To do this, go to the exhibitor’s profile, click on the Actions button, and select Download Scanned Badges. This will provide access to all the leads scanned by that exhibitor.
