Custom Error Page for non-existing records via SAML SSO

The Admin can also set up a customized landing page for the user which does not exist in the EP environment. It can be done by first setting up the error page design.

Once the custom page is ready it would appear in the drop-down below “Use this page like custom error page”.

Save this setting by clicking on the “SAVE” button at the bottom of the page.

Once this setting is saved, if any user who is not a part of the event environment tries to log in will land on the custom error page.
