Tags Field

Links existing event tags to an exhibitor. Offered in exhibitor mappings.

ExpoPlatform target

The value lands on the exhibitor's Tags collection.

Behaviour

The field accepts either a comma-separated string or an array of tag names, and matches them case-insensitively, by name, against the tags configured for the event.

Additive only: a sync never removes previously linked tags. If an exhibitor was previously tagged and the sync no longer includes that tag, the tag stays on the exhibitor.

Value handling

Tag names that don't exist as event tags are silently skipped — the sync does not create tags during a run
An empty or absent source value links nothing and removes nothing

Pre-create the tags in the event's Tags settings to make them matchable. If a tag is expected to be linked but isn't showing up on the exhibitor, the first thing to check is whether the tag name exists (case-insensitively) in the event's tag configuration.
