Basic Campaign Management

Creating A New Campaign

Below are the steps to create Campaigns under the Marketing > Campaigns:

STEP 1: Go to Marketing Campaigns.

STEP 2: Create an Email template that will be sent out as part of the campaign by clicking on Template List New Template. Once the email template is created and saved it will redirect the organizer to the Template List Page.

STEP 3: Once there is at least one template the admin can click on the + New Campaign button in order to create a campaign.

If there are no templates for the campaign the following notification will pop up once the New Campaign button is clicked:

Configuring Campaign Details

Campaign Name:

  • A text input field for entering the name of the campaign.

  • Labeled “Campaign name” with a red asterisk (*) indicating that it is a required field.

Schedule Section

  1. Sending Date:

  • A date picker field labeled “Sending date” with a red asterisk (*) indicating it is required.

  • Placeholder text: “yyyy-mm-dd.”

  • Includes a calendar icon to help select the date.

  1. Sending Time:

  • A time picker field labeled “Sending time” with a red asterisk (*) indicating it is required.

  • Placeholder text: “Select time.”

  • Includes a clock icon for time selection.

  • The time is according to the event location time zone set up in either admin/general/edit or admin/general/settings (Time settings)

  1. Template:

  • A dropdown menu for selecting the email template.

  • Labeled “Template” with a red asterisk (*) indicating it is required.

  1. Add Date:

  • A link labeled “Add date” to add additional scheduling dates.

Filters Section

  1. Send To:

  • A dropdown field labeled “Send to” for selecting the recipients of the campaign.

  1. Add Filter Fields:

  • A link labeled “Add filter fields” to include additional filtering criteria for recipients.

Additional Settings Section

  1. Additional Settings Dropdown:

  • A dropdown menu labeled “Additional settings”. Contains additional filters for the recipients:

    • Without Additional Settings - default option.

    • Activated

    • Invited

    • Not activated

    • Meetings

      • Only With Incoming Meetings

    • Lounge Meetings

      • Confirmed Lounge Meetings
