What does the "Email not found in records" error mean?

Being a user if you come across an error message as “ Email not found in records” while logging to the platform it reflects that you are using an incorrect email address to log in to the platform and ExpoPlatform does not have any user account created with this email address.

In the case of Exhibitor login, there could be a possibility that the username set for login is different from the email address used for registering the exhibitor for the event.

For exhibitor, their company name or any other identification can be used as a username

For Visitor/Team Member their registered email address serves as a username
