How can I login?

This article explains how a user can sign in to its event profile on Expoplatform.

  • Go to the event's homepage and from the menu bar click on the button "SIGN IN".

  • After you click on "Sign In", a pop-up appears. You have to enter the email and the password linked to your account.

The user account should be active for successful logination to the event

  • After entering your email and password simply click on the "LOGIN" button and you will enter your profile.

  • If somehow you have lost your account's password, you can request a new password by clicking on "Forget Password?".

  • After you have clicked on it a new pop-up will appear where you have to enter your username or email associated with the account and click on submit.

  • After that, you will receive a link in your email using which you can access your profile and reset your password.

If a user attempts to access the event without activating his Expoplatform profile. the system displays an error message “Account is inactive. Please follow the instructions which was sent to your email address”.

Click on Forgot Password to resend the Activation email to your registered email address.

Users may now send the activation link to their registered email address manually if their account is inactive.
