Digital Badge
Expoplatform offers a digital badge option, which allows the user's badge to be scanned immediately through the mobile application, eliminating the need for the participant or visitor to carry a physical copy.
Providing cost-effective, reusable solutions
Users can just show their badge and enter the exhibition arena or session halls or meet a potential client by getting it scanned.
To access your digital badge in the event app, click on the "Badge" tab. The placement of this tab may vary and can be found in the app's burger menu or on the bottom navigation (depending on the app configuration by the event organizer).
App Notifications
This tab compiles all event notifications, encompassing both action-oriented and admin/organizer notifications send by the platform.
Usually, you'll find the notification tab in the app's bottom navigation, providing users access to view all notifications by clicking on the notification icon.
The bell/notification icon will show the number of unread notification. User can click on 3 dot on top right of the app screen to mark all notifications as read and can also search by notifications
Notifications for the chat occur once, specifically when the chat is created. System do not send notifications for each individual message in the chat
