The available date and time for scheduling both Online/Offline meetings can be set under Networking & Matchmaking → Meeting → Offline Time Setting/Online Time Settings.
The date and time set under this setting can be used for scheduling the meeting on ExpoPlatform. Any date selected before or after the allowed date for meeting the system would display an error message “There are no free hours on this day. Please choose another day.”
The time slot for scheduling the meeting might show unavailable if the intended time slot for that user is already blocked by another item (blocked time from any source like a confirmed meeting, session etc). The system then displays the meeting slots as unavailable
