Resend my Activation email

The action to send the activation email can be taken when the attendees have been uploaded, invited (for a private event), or registered.

The activation email is primarily meant for the participants to log in on the platform for the first time.

As an organiser, this email can be either sent one-by-one for only a specific participant or can be sent in bulk.

  1. To send the individual email
    Under Management > Participants > click on the individual participant > scroll down to the bottom of the profile and click on ‘Resend Activation Email’.

The participant's account is linked to a single valid activation link. While this link can be regenerated after the activation email is sent, it's important to note that only the last regenerated link will be valid.

  1. To send the activation email in bulk
    Under the Management > Participants > Batch Send Activation Emails (Screenshot A) and select the Participant category followed by the status of the category (Screenshot B)
