On-Demand Session

This article outlines how an organiser can create an On-Demand session where an unlimited number of participants can join and watch the session at their convenient time.

How to add On-Demand Session

To configure the session on the Admin Panel, Navigate to Management → Sessions.

To add the new session click on the Add New Session icon. After clicking this icon a new window will appear where you can add all the details like Tags, Tracks, and Types and select the session type as On-Demand.

Paste the embed code (only iframe) for the player that you wish to use.

Speaker(s) or Moderators do not have any unique rights.
Participants can watch anytime they wish, within the dates you have made the on-demand sessions available.

Frontend View:

Navigate to the sessions page (/events/calendar), there is a separate tab consisting of all the on-demand sessions. On hovering over the session, the session description & watch now button will be visible to the attendees.

Attendees can leave the session anytime by clicking on the 'Red' exit button.
