Messages Export

This article explains about the "Message" export.

Using the message export, the organizer can get the details of the messages sent and received on the platform.

NOTE: In accordance with the GDPR, the original content of the message is not shown.

The following columns are there in the message export file:

• Chat ID

• Creation Date and Time - Time and Date when the message was sent.

• Account type - Whether visitor/exhibitor/team member

• Sender company name and other details about the sender.

• Details of the receiver

• Total messages

• Number of messages which contain any mentions(@) or phone number
