Meeting Wizard Templates

This article covers what all email templates can be drafted on the admin panel for the Meeting Wizard

For Meeting Wizard, we have introduced new meeting email templates under Networking & Matchmaking Email Templates

Email Templates

Send Participant/Exhibitor Profile: Using this template the organiser can share the profile of relevant participants with another user.

These templates can be shared from Management Participant/Exhibitor Meeting Wizard

Rest all the templates will fly out as per the action

  1. Meeting appointed by Organiser: This email flies out when the organiser schedules a meeting between two parties using Meeting Wizard.

  2. Meeting confirmed by Organizer: This email flies when the organizer marks the meeting confirmed between the two parties using the meeting wizard

  3. Meetings cancelled/rescheduled by Organizer: This email flies when the organizer marks the meeting cancelled/reschedule between the two parties using the meeting wizard

Variables that must be included in the Email Template

  1. Receiver Name: User who is receiving the email

  2. Date and Time of the meeting: Meeting details like date and time of the meeting(event time zone)

  3. Subject and Message: Subject and Message added while scheduling the email

  4. Reason: Reason of cancellation of the meeting

  5. Location: Meeting location like Online, Exhibitor Stand, Custom Location

  6. Initiator List: List of members of the company from whose end the meeting is initiated

  7. Appointment URL: Meeting room link in case of Online Meeting

  8. Event Admin Name and Email: Organizer details who have scheduled/cancelled/confirmed/reschedule the meetings
