Meeting Ratings Custom Form

ExpoPlatform allows the organizer to create custom forms that can be attached to the Meeting Rating for each user category separately.

How to create a custom meeting rating form

  1. Go to Marketing Forms Create a custom form for meeting ratings

You can create different forms if you wish to use different questions for different user categories

  1. Once the form is created, the organiser can attach this form to the user category both exhibitor and visitor

    1. Go to Visitor Participants Category Click on Settings button for any category Meeting Ratings Select/Attach the custom meeting rating form created Save

Likewise organizer can create and attach different form for each user category(exhibitor/visitor)

The organizer also has the option to send a system-generated email to the participants of the meeting to fill out the Rate Meeting form.

Go to Networking & Matchmaking Meetings Email Template Appointment Rate Draft the content of the email.

Once the meeting is over the user will be able to rate the meeting by Rate Meeting tan under Networking and will see all the questions added to the custom form

If a user wishes can edit the ratings and answers to the custom form attached

Meetings Export Report

The meetings export file now includes a new column that captures the form ID of the custom form created for meeting ratings.

For each form ID, a new sheet has been added to capture the details of that specific form attached to the meeting ratings, along with details such as

General meeting info + Classic rating + Custom Form ID + Custom form fields

Custom Form for Meeting Ratings is only available on Web for now
