How to send a Username and Password to an Exhibitor to log in to ExpoPlatform?
The organiser can re-send the login credentials to the exhibitor by following the below steps
Step 1: Navigate to Management → Exhibitor → Click on Exhibitor Name → Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Step 2: Update/Change the username, create a new password and Click on Send to Exhibitor Email
Step 3: The username and new password created will be sent to the exhibitor
Step 4: Click on the Save button.
When the organizer clicks on "Send to Exhibitor Email," it sends the email drafted within Registration Settings → Registration Email → Exhibitor → Exhibitor Password. The password variable integrated into the email template will pick the value added by the organizer in the Password field on the Edit Exhibitor page.
It is advisable to use the Company Name as the Username for the exhibitor login so that the email used for creating exhibitor profile can be also be used for creating the team member for that exhibitor
