Check-In List
This article shows the comprehensive details of the users who have been checked in by the organiser during the event days using the ExpoPlatform Check-In App.
The page represents data in a table format with two main columns: Name and Check-In Dates.

Check-In List
Name: This column includes profile pictures, names, job title, and company name of the participants. The data in the name column can be sorted from A to Z or Z to A.
Date: This column contains information about check-in and check-outs for those users who have been checked in on that specific date. Even if only one check-in is made on any day, that day is displayed in the table as a separate column. If we have a lot of actions in one cell there is a scroll appearing to navigate down. Check-in data is organized according to different zones within the event space.
Actions for each user in a single cell are shown chronologically
Use cases: It is common to have only one check-in action and no check-out, but there are also instances where users check in and out multiple times during the day. Additionally, a user can be checked in multiple times without being checked out, either due to oversight or check out not being necessary.
To summarize, each cell will display the first and last action (check-in or check-out) for the day, with any actions in between folded and expandable for further examination if needed.
Additionally, the Check-In List page offers filtering and search options for convenient data exploration. Organizers can also download the check-in report from the top right corner of the page by clicking on the Export button
