Atlas Integration
To enable event integration with Atlas you have to go into the Event Setup >> General >> Settings.
In the Settings tab find the Atlas Integration block and checkbox change to enabled status.
Fill in all fields and press the “Check credentials and get events list” button. This will allow you to select the Atlas event to link.
If all credentials are correct, a new selector will appear with an event list.
Please select the Atlas event you wish to link and save all changes at bottom of this page.
After credentials are saved - the checkbox “Enabled” will be editable and can be changed. Also will be enabled new configurations.
The system currently checks for updates of all data in Atlas every 30 minutes.
To cancel data imports - this checkbox has to be disabled.
Exhibitor Data Import
Admins are transferred according to the following rules:
Primary Administrator => Exhibitor Owner. Also, the email of this admin is used as exhibitor Login.
Administrator => Admin
companyName => Exhibitor name and generate exhibitor slug from its field.
contactEmail => Exhibitor Email
isNew => Exhibitor Account is_new
phone => Exhibitor phone
