The registration flow should proceed as if they never registered before.
Bookmarking for ExpoFP Floorplan
Floorplan
Users will be able to instantly bookmark any stand—from exhibitors to custom locations—making it effortless to curate and revisit points of interest during large expos.
Speaker / Moderator Profile - Events Block
App
This feature will enable attendees and organizers to view Exhibitor Events linked to a Speaker or Moderator directly within their profile.
It will follow existing multilanguage logic and respect complex visibility, date, and GDPR-based filtering rules.
The enhancement will ensure a personalized and compliant experience while enriching event discovery through speaker associations.
Check-in App - Participant Category Display
Check-in App
The system will display the participant category on the post-scan success screen, enhancing on-site context for event staff.
It will show participant categories in the users list to aid manual user additions with better-informed decisions.
Scanned users will have their categories visible in the Scanned list to improve tracking and verification.
This update will streamline identification and ensure staff can quickly differentiate user types during check-in.
Improvement to the Round table
Round Table
A few design enhancements are planned for the round table session to improve the overall aesthetics and user-friendliness of the module/feature.
Web view for Community groups in the mobile app
App
Mobile app users can now effortlessly access Groups directly within the native app interface. This improvement eliminates the necessity to log in again via an external browser if the user is not already logged in, allowing for a seamless engagement with Group content throughout their app experience.
Sold Out Ticket page
Registration
When the registration limit is reached and all tickets are sold, clicking the Registration button will direct users to a "Sold Out" page instead of the Visitor Registration Form.
This page will include a text block and a button block, which can be customised from the admin panel.
Revamp Buyer/Participant Registration Page/Flow Frontend
Registration
Revamping the Buyer/Participant Registration page/flow, wherein the first page consists of entering the email. Once the system validates the email, the user can proceed with the registration.
Use Case
If the email is invalid, the user can’t proceed with registration.
If the user has already registered, the system prompts that he is already a registered user.
If the user is already registered in another event, then the system follows the Repeat registration flow and allows them to register for the event with the same email address
If the user is registered as a Participant and he wants to register as a Buyer now, the system will send them a link following which he can register as a Buyer
If the user has an unfinished registration form with the email address entered, they would be prompted to continue the unfinished registration form
Conditional Logic
Registration New UI
Conditional logic will be implemented to the new registration UI, maintaining the same logic structure and functionality as the current registration setup.
3 Grid and Field Layout
Registration New UI
The fundamental logic of grids and fields in the new UI Registration will be retained and will align with the structure used in the old UI Registration and the new UI Edit Profile.
This iteration does not support registration via social accounts; therefore, that option will be hidden.
