Standard form fields
Feature purpose:
To collect user information in form fields
Working with this Feature:
This feature is present under Registration settings->Visitor and exhibitor. These fields are drag and drop in nature and are used to collect user information. The fields are as below-
Mr. / Mrs. | Person’s title. Options for the field can be set in the admin panel at /admin/general/settings, section Titles. |
Job Title | Job Title, displays on user cards. |
User’s email. User can’t register without this field. | |
About Me | Content for the “About me” section in the visitor profile. Only plain text is supported. |
Social Links | Field to fill in link to user’s social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Youtube, Instagram |
Language Preference | After choosing a Preference language, all platform emails received by the user, including the “Visitor Registration Email”, all notifications for the emails and all system notifications are in the chosen language. (Examples include profile favourited, profile/product viewed, meeting request, message, etc.) |
Activity categories | User can pick from a list of activity categories |
Interest categories | User can pick from a list of interest categories |
Register with | Allows user to sign up using social media but this feature is currently disabled. . Doesn’t appear in the user profile, only during registration. |
Billing information | Billing information: VAT Country and VAT number. |
Photo | User’s photo. |
First Name | User’s name, displays everywhere |
Last Name | User’s surname, displays everywhere |
Country | User’s country |
State/Region | User’s region. Note - user сan’t select without first selecting country. |
City | User’s city, Note - user сan’t selecte without first selecting State/Region |
Nationality | Nationality, select from pre defined options. |
Address | Input field for user's address |
Post Code | Input field for user's post code |
Networking Opt-in | Defines whether user can interact with other users and vice versa. Can be displayed as a toggle or as a select. Options can be inverted using setting “Enable Inversion for Networking Opt-In“ at /admin/registration/settings. |
Company Name | Company Name, displays on user cards together with Job Title. |

Tel. | Telephone number |
Date of birth | Date picker field. |
Category | User category. Doesn’t appear in the user’s profile, only during registration. |
Organisation Name | Organisation Name. Unlike the company name doesn’t display in user cards. |
Force Profile Settings
Force password change on first login
The "Force Password Change on First Login" feature ensures that visitors must change their password upon their first login. This setting is located under Registration -> Visitor -> Additional settings.

How It Works
When the setting is toggled ON, a pop-up appears during the first login.
The pop-up is also triggered when following an activation link.
Users cannot bypass the pop-up without changing their password.
The pop-up cannot be closed or saved without making any changes.
Benefits
Enhances security by ensuring users set a unique password.
Reduces the risk of unauthorized access from default passwords.
Steps to Enable
Navigate to Registration -> Visitor -> Additional settings.
Toggle the "Force Password Change on First Login" setting ON.
This feature is now active, requiring all visitors to update their password on their first login.
Force upload photo Visitor
The "Force Upload Photo for Visitors" setting ensures that all visitors must upload a profile photo. This setting is found under Registration -> Visitor -> Additional settings.

How It Works
When toggled ON, visitors who haven't uploaded a photo will see a mandatory pop-up.
The pop-up cannot be closed or saved if the photo field is empty.
Once uploaded, visitors cannot delete their profile photo.
This requirement also applies to buyers, ensuring they upload a photo as well.

Ensures all profiles are complete and identifiable.
Enhances security and accountability within the system.
Steps to Enable
Go to Registration -> Visitor -> Additional settings.
Toggle the "Force Upload Photo for Visitors" setting ON.
Once enabled, all visitors and buyers will be required to upload a photo to their profile.
Force upload photo Buyer
This functionality is present under Registration -> Visitor -> Additional settings.

How It Works
When toggled ON, buyers who haven't uploaded a photo will encounter a mandatory pop-up.
The pop-up cannot be closed or saved if the photo field is empty.
Once a photo is uploaded, buyers are unable to delete it from their profile.
Benefits
Ensures all buyer profiles are complete and easily identifiable.
Enhances security and accountability within the system.
Steps to Enable
Navigate to Registration -> Visitor -> Additional settings.
Toggle the "Force Upload Photo for Buyers" setting ON.
With this setting enabled, all buyers will be required to upload a profile photo.
