Session Booking Limits
Overview
On the session creation page, there are two ways to manage booking limits, depending on whether the session is free or paid:
For Free Sessions
An area labeled “My Schedule Limit” allows the admin to set the maximum number of scheduled participants.
If the session reaches its maximum attendee capacity, an error message will be displayed to any additional users who attempt to add the session to their schedule.
For Paid Sessions
The admin must set the session price (excluding VAT) in the Price field.
Define the maximum number of tickets in the appropriate field.
Once a session is marked as paid, the “My Schedule Limit” field (used for free sessions) will automatically be hidden.
Users can then add the session to their basket as many times as they like. However, once the maximum number of tickets is sold, an error message will be shown to any additional users attempting to purchase tickets for that session.
