Products Import
Exhibitor products can be directly uploaded by the organiser using a small .xls file in the data import section.
Data → Import/Export → Import → Products

Download Example File, containing the correct format in which data needs to be imported.
Use an unchanged column & name structure for the correct import process.
Only prefilled values can be imported for time now, functionality to importing placeholder values doesn’t exist
Certain fields, such as Exhibitor ID, Product Name, and Product Category, are essential for a successful import process.
Exhibitor ID (generated by ExpoPlatform) can be found using the exhibitor export.
The product categories column requires product category IDs separated by a comma in the format CATEGORY1, CATEGORY2, CATEGORY3. It can be found by going to Networking & Matchmaking >> Categories >> Export Local Categories in XLS file.
Product brand works the same way as categories, the brand export needs to be downloaded to indicate the brand's Ids
Organizer can add multiple images for the product separating each image URL by comma(,)

If any product is available for Sampling you can add the Sample Event ID to the import sheet, organiser can get the sample if from the Admin Panel → Networking & Matchmaking → RFS → Settings → Click on the Sample event added → Copy the id from the URL

Once you upload the file, an interactive upload manager that attempts to recognize field associations automatically will open. Please match the fields in the upload manager to those in the .xls file.

The product import is asynchronous and may take some time to accomplish. Please be patient while this process completes.
You can navigate away from the import page to other pages of the admin panel without affecting the import, and check on progress as required.
