Participant Update - Status
There are different status for participants, if they are created via API, the default is ‘ACTIVE’, as it was shown in the creation request example.
But it is possible to update via API, addressing different status:
INACTIVE
ACTIVE
INVITED
UPLOADED
BLOCKED
BANNED
WAITINGLIST
APPROVED
It is common practice to initially create participants with the status 'uploaded.' Organizers typically set a launch date and send activation emails, prompting participants to activate their accounts, which then changes their status to 'invited.'
