Organiser Client - Admin Account Tags: Tag Dropdown
Feature Purpose:
The Tag Dropdown feature in the admin account settings provides a straightforward way for administrators to assign specific tags to an admin account, which helps manage and limit access to events based on relevant tags.
Accessing the Tag Dropdown
To find the Tag Dropdown, navigate as follows:
Go to Admin Panel → Accounts.
Select the required event and admin account.
In the Admin Info section, locate the Admin Tags field. This field contains a dropdown with various tags.
Impact of the Selected Tags
The tags selected from this dropdown will directly control which events the admin can manage. Each tag in the dropdown corresponds to a specific Exhibition-Event Tag, and only events with matching tags will be accessible to the admin.
How to Use the Tag Dropdown
Open the Tag Dropdown: Click on the dropdown under Admin Tags to view a list of available tags.
Select Tags: Choose one or more tags that align with the events the admin should have access to. If an admin has multiple tags, they will have access to all events that match any of the selected tags.
Save Changes: After selecting the necessary tags, click on the Save User button to apply the changes.
