Organiser Client - Admin Account Tags: Overview
Feature Purpose:
The Admin Account Tags feature is designed to provide a more refined level of access control for administrators, enabling event-specific management rights based on tags assigned to their profile.
What Are Admin Account Tags?
Admin Account Tags are unique identifiers assigned to an admin’s profile, which correspond to tags used for different events (also known as Event Tags or Exhibition Tags). These tags define which events an admin can manage, ensuring that they only have access to the events relevant to their responsibilities.
Please Note: These Admin Account Tags are independent of the "Admin Tags" managed under Admin Panel → Tags → Admin Tags.
How Do Admin Account Tags Work?
When an admin is assigned a specific tag, their access is restricted to those events that share that same tag. This is also the same on the multievent app builder where only events with those same tags are displayed in the app.
For example:
If an admin is assigned a tag labeled “Expo2024”, they will only be able to manage events tagged with “Expo2024”.
If no tags are assigned the admin will have default access
