Moderators Page

Moderators can be added to live online sessions to help ensure the session runs smoothly. Moderators are provided with different controls and attendee insights as outlined below.

Moderators can access a dedicated moderator dashboard/page during a live online session. This is usually linked from the session detail page.

The moderator interface:

Has controls for moderating the live online session like starting/stopping the broadcast, Q&A module, polls and other features, depending on settings of that particular session
Shows the live stream video/audio feed so the moderator can see the session broadcast
Has a separate chat window for private communication between moderator and presenter through the green room
Shows the attendee list which can be filtered based on raised hands or questions asked. The moderator can also manage attendee roles through the list
Shows the Q&A module which displays all questions asked by attendees. Moderator can respond, mark as answered or dismiss questions.
Has poll results that are visible in real-time if polls are enabled for the session.
Shows session/presentation files. Bios of presenters are also accessible for reference.
Has analytics on viewer count, engagement metrics, and attendee demographics for moderator's insight
Settings to disable/enable certain session features like Q&A, polls etc.
Provides a private, separate environment to oversee the live session away from attendees
