Messages Email Templates

Key email templates, depending on the functionality being used in your event or community, include:

New Message

Lets an event participant know that they have received a new chat message

Added to Chat

Lets an event participant know that they have been added to a group chat

Removed from Chat

Lets an event participant know that they have been removed from a group chat

Disband Chat

Lets an event participant know that a group chat that they are part of has been disbanded

Roundtable Confirmation Email

Tells an event participant that their roundtable meeting has been confirmed

As a best practice, any email template not being used should have the "Disable Email" setting toggled on

In case of Multi-lingual events you can select the language in which the communication needs to be sent to the user.

Select the language and draft the email content in that language
