Feature Purpose:
The purpose of this feature is to enable exhibitors and visitors to initiate instant meetings links that can then be shared via chat
Working with this feature:

On the "Meetings" page and the exhibitor "My Team Meetings" page, users will find a button labeled "Create Instant Meeting" to create an instant meeting.
When the button is clicked an instant meeting link will be generated, along with an icon to copy the link and a button to join the room.
How to configure instant meetings:

To enable this feature, access the settings to allow instant meetings in the admin panel at Networking & Matchmaking > Meetings > Settings.

Then configure the following settings:

Allow instant meeting (exhibitors): Toggle ON/OFF to enable or disable the ability for exhibitors to initiate instant meetings.

Max instant meeting length (exhibitors): Set the duration limit for instant meetings initiated by exhibitors. [10m, 15m, 30m, 45m, 1h ,2h]

Allow instant meeting (visitors): Toggle ON/OFF to enable or disable the ability for visitors to initiate instant meetings.

Max instant meeting length (visitors): Set the duration limit for instant meetings initiated by visitors. [10m, 15m, 30m, 45m, 1h, 2h]

Restrictions:

Only exhibitors without team members can initiate an instant meeting, otherwise the meeting needs to be initiated by a team member.

If meetings are restricted on Permission Matrix users won’t be able to see “My Meetings page” - therefore they won’t be able to see the instant meeting button.
Troubleshooting:

If users are unable to find the "Create Instant Meeting" button, ensure that they are on the correct pages as described above

If instant meeting creation is not functioning as expected, verify the settings in the admin panel for instant meetings allowance and duration limits for exhibitors and visitors.

Make sure meetings are available on permission matrix, otherwise users won’t be able to see “My meetings page” which is where the instant meeting button lives.
