Exhibitor List (web)
Overview
The exhibitor list page provides visitors and buyers with their choice of a card view or a list view of all exhibitors participating in the event. The page provides searching and filtering, allows for interaction with the exhibitors (favorite/meet/message) and also offers several sponsorship opportunities
Pagination
By default there is pagination in the exhibitors list. The number of items per page can be defined in the admin panel at /admin/general/settings (Event setup > General > Settings) using the setting “Default Number of Items to Show“.
Alternatively, an endless scroll can be enabled in the admin panel at /admin/general/settings (Event setup > General > Settings) in the “Search“ block.
Search
Search can be regular or Elastic. Elastic search can be enabled in the admin panel at /admin/appointments/search (Networking and Matchmaking > Search)
ElasticSearch offers a more comprehensive search functionality, allowing you to search site content that is not covered by the regular search and doesn't require an exact keyword match.

When ElasticSearch is enabled, the numerical values in each box determine the priority of the corresponding field within its group. For example, in the Exhibitor block, the multipliers are as follows: Name - 0, Description - 2, Category - 3. This means that matches in the Category field have more significance than matches in the Description field. In a scenario where two exhibitors have 5 matches each in Description and Category, the one with 5 matches in the Category field will be ranked higher in the search results.
If ElasticSearch is disabled, no prioritization is applied to the search fields. The active toggles indicate which fields should be searched for matches. The search results will then be sorted based on category weight and arranged alphabetically.
Filters
Filters can be set up in the admin panel at /admin/displayFilters/list/exhibitors (Event setup > Display Filters > Exhibitors tab)
System predefined filters are:
New (not a filter but a switch above the exhibitors list)
Hall
Exhibitor categories
Product categories
Countries
Tags
Head Office/Child Exhibitors (for web only)
Meeting availability (for web only. This filter is for events where exhibitors are allowed a limited number of confirmed meetings, allowing visitors to filter to see only those exhibitors who have not yet exhausted their limit.
Any exhibitor registration form field that has predefined options can be marked with the “Use as filter“ checkbox. When checked a new filter will be created and will appear in the filters list on the frontend and in the admin panel at /admin/displayFilters/list/exhibitors (Event setup > Display Filters > Exhibitors tab)
Copy Filters
The “Copy link to applied filters“ button allows users to copy a direct link to the marketplace page with applied filters.
This button is part of the “Favorites Dashboard“ functionality. The link contains data about the filter author and after someone performs the “Add to favorite” action, it will show the organiser the source of those favorite actions. The dashboard can be found under Networking and Matchmaking > Favorites Dashboard
