Document Management System

Depending upon their category, buyers are eligible for certain benefits and to avail those benefits buyers are required to fill certain documents which are provided to the buyers by organisers and after submitting these documents, organisers verify them. This section gives a statistic of all such documents.

With the help of the pie chart, shows the status of document completion using four legends:

• Buyers who have not started document completion.

• Buyers who have uploaded at least one document.

• Buyers who have uploaded all the required documents.

• Buyers who have had all documents approved.

The bar graph shows the completion of the documents by category, wherein if you hover the mouse over a particular category it will show the number of buyers belonging to that category who have uploaded all the documents.

This section also shows you a list of all the buyers along with information such as Name, country, company name, category, status, Documents and the option to export all this information.

If you click on show document corresponding to the name of any buyer, it will show you information such as the documents that have been uploaded/not-uploaded and you can also send Email or Approve the documents of the buyer using the respective options.

Also, If you require thorough information regarding the buyers, simply click on the name and the information will appear.

You can also send Batch emails to buyers who haven't uploaded the documents and can also export all the Documents using the respective options.
