Disable meeting recording

Feature Purpose:

The purpose of this feature is to disable the ability to record meetings in the online meeting rooms.

Working with this feature:

• Access the setting for disabling record meeting functionality in the admin panel located at Networking & Matchmaking > Meetings > Settings.

  • Toggle the setting ON to disable the ability to record meetings within online meeting rooms.

Troubleshooting:

• If the recording functionality is still accessible despite toggling the setting ON, ask users to log off and clear their browser cache.

• Verify that Participants attempting to record meetings are aware of the feature being disabled to avoid confusion.
