Customize online room

The Organiser Client offers exhibitors the opportunity to customize their online rooms, enhancing their virtual presence and ensuring a personalized experience for event attendees. This feature allows exhibitors to tailor their online environment, creating a professional and engaging space that reflects their brand.

Enabling Online Room Customization

To unlock the ability to customize an online room, the Online Room Customization option must first be activated in the admin panel. Admins can enable this feature by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Admin Panel → Management → Exhibitors.

2. Select the Exhibitor Profile.

3. Go to the Exhibitor Settings tab.

4. Under the Show Room Section, toggle the Online Room Customization option to ON.

Once this setting is activated, exhibitors can manage their online room directly from the frontend.

Customizing the Online Room

Exhibitors can personalize their online room by adjusting key visual elements such as the background image and font color. These settings are available within the Profile Info section under the Sponsorship Tab.

1. Go to Profile Info → Sponsorship Tab → Online Room Settings.

2. Here, exhibitors can upload a custom Background Image that suits their branding and style.

3. Additionally, exhibitors can modify the Font Color to align with their preferred color scheme.

Previewing Customization Changes

To ensure the room meets expectations, a Preview feature is available. This allows exhibitors to see how their adjustments will appear in real-time, ensuring that the final design is both functional and visually appealing.
