Configuring special benefits for buyers

A buyer is a visitor to an event with the most decision-making and spending power. In this section, you can add some extra benefits that you can associate with different types of buyers.

For example:

  • Dedicated educational sessions for Hosted Buyers that will expand skills, knowledge.

  • Complimentary air or rail travel - depending on your location to make buyers travel experience as convenient and time-efficient as possible.

  • Accommodation at top hotels. 

  • Access to the Hosted Buyer lounge on the show floor with refreshments and snacks throughout the day. 

To add a benefit Go to Hosted Buyer Management --> Benefits

  • Click on "Add Benefit"

  • Fill in all the required fields like Name, Type, Limit, Type of Document etc. (As shown below)

  • Click on Save

After adding all the necessary benefits this is how the benefits section would like (As shown below):
