Chat Bot

You can find this option under Events Setup → Chatbot in the admin panel. Please make sure to check with your Technical Account Manager in case you wish to use Chat Bot. 


Your Technical account manager can get the Chat Bot set up: 



Please provide the name of your Chat Bot:


On the front end, the Chat Bot looks something like the one below-
 

At the backend, the corresponding chatbot settings-

 


Once set up, we can track all chatbot requests in the Admin Panel:

Please note that ExpoPlatform has a pre-configured set of Q&As for the Chat Bot and adding additional Q&A is not possible.
