Overview:
This exportable file contains details about engagement with each session.
The export can be generated then downloaded from Admin panel → Management → Sessions → Reports tab → By session tab
The following details are available on the main tab called “All sessions”

Session Name

The name of the session

Defines the format or style of the session, such as "Workshop," "Presentation," "Panel Discussion," etc. This information helps attendees understand the nature of the session.

Indicates the date on which the session is scheduled.

Specifies the start time of the session, combined with the date,

Total Users Booked

The total number of participants who have booked a spot in the session.

Total Users Attended

The number of participants who actually attended the session.

Session ID

A unique identifier for each session, used to track and reference specific sessions within the database or reporting systems.

The first name of the participant attending the session.

The last name of the participant, helping to uniquely identify individuals and maintain proper records.

The title of the session the participant booked or attended, helping to identify which sessions are most popular or well-attended.

The file also contains an individual tab for each session which includes these details:

Title

The name or title of the session, used to identify the specific event or activity.

Date

The scheduled date and time of the session (e.g., "06.07.23 20:30"), indicating when the session will take place.

Places left
-
Shows the number of available spots left for the session., if the session has a limit

Price

Indicates the cost of attending the session for paid sessions

Total Sum

The total revenue generated from the session including VAT

The Accounts Section lists participant details.

The first name of the attendee, used for identification and personalized interaction.

The last name of the attendee, providing further identification details.

The name of the company the participant represents. Useful for understanding the attendee’s affiliation and industry.

The List of Attendees is the list of visitors that were checked into that session using our check-in app
