By Session Export

Overview:

This exportable file contains details about engagement with each session.

The export can be generated then downloaded from Admin panel → Management → Sessions → Reports tab → By session tab

The following details are available on the main tab called “All sessions”

  • Session Name

    • The name of the session

  • Track

    • Represents the track or category to which the session belongs

  • Tag

    • Additional labels or keywords assigned to the session for further categorization. Tags can enhance searchability and filter options for attendees who want to focus on specific topics or session types.

  • Type

    • Defines the format or style of the session, such as "Workshop," "Presentation," "Panel Discussion," etc. This information helps attendees understand the nature of the session.

  • Date

    • Indicates the date on which the session is scheduled.

  • Time

    • Specifies the start time of the session, combined with the date,

  • Total Users Booked

    • The total number of participants who have booked a spot in the session.

  • Total Users Attended

    • The number of participants who actually attended the session.

  • Session ID

    • A unique identifier for each session, used to track and reference specific sessions within the database or reporting systems.

The following details are available on the tab called “All registrants”

  • First name

    • The first name of the participant attending the session.

  • Last name

    • The last name of the participant, helping to uniquely identify individuals and maintain proper records.

  • Company name

    • The name of the company or organization the participant represents.

  • Email

    • The participant’s email address

  • Job title

    • The professional title of the participant.

  • Participant category

    • Categorizes the participant

  • Tel

    • The participant’s telephone number

  • Address

    • The physical address of the participant

  • Postcode

    • The postal code for the participant’s address, which adds specificity to their location data.

  • Country

    • The participant’s country of residence

  • City

    • The city where the participant is based

  • Booked

    • Indicates whether the participant has booked the session

  • Attended

    • Shows whether the participant actually attended the session. This allows for comparison with the booking status to calculate attendance rates.

  • Session ID

    • A unique identifier for the session, used for accurate tracking and management of each individual session.

  • Session Title

    • The title of the session the participant booked or attended, helping to identify which sessions are most popular or well-attended.

The file also contains an individual tab for each session which includes these details:

  • Title

    • The name or title of the session, used to identify the specific event or activity.

  • Date

    • The scheduled date and time of the session (e.g., "06.07.23 20:30"), indicating when the session will take place.

  • Places left

    • Shows the number of available spots left for the session., if the session has a limit

  • Price

    • Indicates the cost of attending the session for paid sessions

  • Total Sum

    • The total revenue generated from the session including VAT


The Accounts Section lists participant details.

  • First name

    • The first name of the attendee, used for identification and personalized interaction.

  • Last name

    • The last name of the attendee, providing further identification details.

  • Company name

    • The name of the company the participant represents. Useful for understanding the attendee’s affiliation and industry.

  • Email

    • The participant's email address, important for communication and follow-up purposes.

  • Participant Category

    • Specifies the role or category of the attendee, such as "Visitor," "Speaker," or "Moderator." This helps in categorizing attendees by their involvement in the event.

  • Job title

    • The job title of the attendee, which gives insight into their professional level and responsibilities.

  • Tel

    • The participant's telephone number, used for direct communication if needed.

  • Address

    • The street address of the attendee, providing location information.

  • Postcode

    • The postal code associated with the attendee’s address, which further specifies their location.

  • Country

    • The country where the participant is based, useful for understanding the geographic spread of attendees.

  • City

    • The city where the attendee resides, adding another level of detail to the location information.


The List of Attendees is the list of visitors that were checked into that session using our check-in app

A separate export of session set up details can also be generated then exported under Admin panel → Data → Import/Export → Export → Sessions.

An .xls file will be generated, containing details for all sessions and exhibitor events for the current event. The file will include the following fields:

  • Session ID

  • Session Name

  • Session/Event Type

  • Exhibitor ID

  • Exhibitor Name

  • Session Logo

  • Session Background

  • Text Color

  • Session Date

  • Session Time (Start and End)

  • Session Description

  • Session Track
