This exportable file provides comprehensive details on payments for sessions, capturing a range of data that helps event organizers track revenue, attendee information, and session participation.
Each entry represents an individual transaction for a paid session and includes key details such as the payment type, amount, discounts, and participant information.
The export can be be generated then downloaded from the Admin panel → Management → Sessions → Reports tab → By booking tab.

Key Columns and Their Meanings
Payment #:
This column assigns a unique identifier to each payment transaction, allowing for easy reference and tracking of individual payments.
Date:
This field records the date and time of each payment, helping to monitor when transactions occurred and analyze payment trends over time.
Payment Type:
Indicates the payment method used for the transaction, such as "Stripe." Knowing the payment types can be useful for payment reconciliation and identifying popular payment methods.
Payment Status:

Amount:

First Name, Last Name:

Participant Category:
Identifies the participant’s category, such as "Speaker," "Exhibitor," or "Visitor." This data allows for segmentation by role, aiding in targeted marketing and communication.
Job Title:
Lists the job title of the participant, which can provide insights into the attendee demographic, such as industries represented or seniority levels.
Telephone Number (Tel):

Address, Postcode, Country, City:
