The Bar/QR Code check-in method offers a quick and efficient way for registered users to access the event. A unique Bar/QR Code can be provided to participants through their registration email or printed directly on their badge. This code can be easily scanned using either the mobile app or a kiosk at the event
1. Registration Email and Badge Code Distribution
After completing registration, attendees may receive a unique Bar/QR Code in their confirmation email ( If current variable was managed in reg letted) . This code can either be saved on their mobile device or printed out for easy access. For users who have already printed badges, the code will typically be displayed on the badge itself, ensuring they have quick access for future scans. ( also if managed on badge buillder)
2, Mobile App Check-In (Badge Section)
The mobile app includes a dedicated "Badge" section for scanning Bar/QR Codes. When participants arrive at the event, staff or the attendees themselves can use the app to scan the code. This scan confirms the participant’s check-in and verifies their registration status in real time, allowing for quick access and minimizing wait times.
3, Kiosk Check-In for Badge Printing
The kiosk check-in system is equipped to recognize Bar/QR Codes for quick identification. Registered users can simply scan their Bar/QR Code at the kiosk to initiate the badge printing process. The kiosk validates the code, finds the user's profile, and prompts badge printing without any need for manual search.
